At ClutchesByMansi, we take great pride in creating customized clutch and potli bags tailored to your unique preferences. As our products are made to order, our refund policy reflects this, ensuring both customer satisfaction and fairness in handling claims.

1. Customized Product Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products (including custom designs, colors, embroidery, etc.), we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and the product has been personalized. However, if there is a defect in materials or workmanship, we will offer a solution as outlined below.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you are required to provide a 360-degree unboxing video showing the condition of the product and packaging within 2 days of delivery. This video must clearly show the opening of the parcel from all angles, as well as any damage or defects in the product.

Once we review the video and confirm the issue, we will provide a replacement or repair as needed within 7 working days after receiving the product back.

3. Incorrect Personalization

If there is an error with the customization made by us (e.g., incorrect colors, misspelled names, etc.), please send a 360-degree unboxing video showing the item and the mistake within 2 days of receiving your product. We will then provide a replacement or repair based on your preference within 7 working days after receiving the product back.

4. Non-Customized Products

For non-customized items (such as ready-made bags), if there is any issue, please provide a 360-degree unboxing video within 2 days of delivery. After review, we will offer a repair or replacement within 7 working days after receiving the product back.

5. How to Submit a Claim

To initiate a refund, replacement, or exchange, please contact us via email at Clutchesbymansi@gmail.com . Include the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • A 360-degree unboxing video showing the condition of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Our customer service team will assess the video and respond to your claim promptly and any applicable refunds will be credited to your original payment method in 4-5 days.

6. Exclusions

  • Customized products are non-refundable unless defective or damaged.
  • Sale items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Items returned without prior approval or without a 360-degree unboxing video may not be processed for a refund or exchange.
